Terms & Condition

1 - GENERAL CONDITIONS: All orders placed with JRI are subject to these conditions and no other conditions shall apply, including those appearing in the Client's purchase order. Abeer International and the Client will be referred as the “Parties”.

2- PRODUCTS: Our Products (Edible salt packing, home décor and others) presented in our catalogues / prospectus or on website can be subject to modifications without prior notice due to technical or regulatory changes.

3- OFFERS: The terms and conditions specified in our offers are fixed for a limited period of 30 days, unless otherwise specified between the Parties.

4- ORDERS: Any purchase order from the Client is subject to a confirmation notice from Abeer International. If no claim or change is requested within eight days from this notice, the buyer will be deemed to accept all of our general terms and conditions as well as specific terms of the offer.

5- DELIVERY: Abeer International will endeavor to meet the estimated delivery times, but cannot accept any liability whatsoever for failure to do so. Risk of loss or of damage to any goods passes to the Client at the time the goods leave Abeer International’s premises. Delivery times given for products are “Ex Works”.

Note: Further, delivery are required to be made as per the terms and condition mentioned in the buyers agreement

6- PRICES - All prices are quoted is FOB prices unless there is specific requirement by the client which required to be approved and confirmed through their purchase order and written endorsement by Abeer International. 

7- ADVANCE PAYMENT-  All orders are required to be entertained after the 50% of advance payment of the total order amount must be credited in the Abeer International’s corporate bank account.

8- FINAL SETTLEMENT – Remaining amount, if any, must be settlement before final delivery of goods.

9- TITTLE OF GOODS – The tittle of goods will not be passed to the purchaser unless the final payment is made as per prescribed period.

10- JURISDICTION – All transaction and disputed will be governed by Pakistani Law.
